Wonderful wedding destination
“Wananavu Resort is appropriately named as it means ‘wonderful’ in Fijian. The Resort went above and beyond for our daughters wedding in late November and didn’t disappoint in any way. The wedding Coordinator Keleni was outstanding and ensured every detail was taken care of from organising guest accommodation, meals, transportation etc to the wedding day itself. They were married on the beach front with the reception near the marina area and both locations were beautifully decorated. The Mongolian dinner was outstanding at the reception. The meals throughout the week were delicious and plentiful (we recommend the meal package). Joe was a brilliant bar manager and ensured all quests were well looked after from sun up to sun down with his bar staff equally outstanding. Mere and others meet guests with a vibrant smile and gave massages to sooth their aching muscles. The resort offered a vast range of activities from kayaking, snorkeling, cooking classes to fishing and of course diving. The resort is located someway from the airport, however the bus ride was an adventure itself. A special note to the Resort Manager who was the celebrant for their special day and officiated over his first wedding. Thanks again for the wonderful experience. We would highly recommend Wananavu.
