The Suncoast in Fiji has more days of sunshine than anywhere else in the country, with the perfect weather for your holiday.
This warm tropical climate that is just perfect for your beach side vacation is a key reason for Suncoast’s reputation for being the destination of choice for sun lovers.
The best months for holidaying in regards to Fiji weather is late March through to early December.

Maximum temperatures on the Suncoast rarely move out of the 28C to 34C to range all year round. A cooling trade wind blows from the ESE all year. It usually drops to a zephyr in the evening and picks up again by mid-morning.
Summer Weather
Although Fiji’s Suncoast does not really have a wet season as such, we do get the afternoon showers more on the summer time, from November to April
Summer is characterised by heavy, brief local showers in the afternoons. Annual rainfall on the main islands is between 2000mm & 3000mm down on the coastline and low lying areas around Nananu-i-Ra, and up to 6000mm in the mountains of the heartland around Nabalasere.
Constant Tradewinds
The constant cooling trade winds blow through the Vatu-i-Ra Passage along the Suncoast keeping temperatures cool and breezy all year round.
This makes excellent conditions for windsurfing and especially kite boarding.
